If she is from Taiwan, she might not understand you well. When I moved to Argentina, my dog, who understood English, would get very anxious when people spoke to her. I asked people to speak to her in English, and she would be friendly. They were amazed at how affectionate she became when addressed in English. .

Love your garden, what an inspiration! I like the rustic look of the rocks in front of the herbs and espalier and I think you’re right about needing an irrigation system in the future. For some plants/veggies it’s best to do drip irrigation rather than overhead. I realize I am watching videos from 2 years ago and maybe you’ve already got your irrigation system in. I wanted to start from the beginning of your journey so I am binge watching. You are doing an amazing job!

The basic principal of kitchen structure is a triangle set up with the sink, stove and refrigerator so that every thing is within easy reach. With all due respect, your set up is no where near that set up.

Are you going to reuse the stair case in the cottage once the floor is poured? Your poor tree, a tree fell on our daughters house last summer and did a lot of damage, her insurance co totalled her house so at least your tree was far from your Chateau. Bye, Kathy USA 🇺🇸
